Terms & Conditions

Creationz Dance Academy – Terms & Conditions of Booking

By completing your booking via ClassForKids, you ("the Parent/Guardian") enter into a legally binding agreement with Creationz Dance Academy ("the Academy"). Please read these terms carefully.

1. Fees, Cancellations, and Debt Recovery

  • Payment Terms: All term fees, fees for additional classes, workshops, and production fees must be paid in full by the specified deadlines on your invoice.
  • Outstanding Balances: Creationz Dance Academy retains full autonomous discretion regarding the enforcement or discretionary waiver of outstanding fees. In the event of contract termination due to policy breaches, any outstanding balance of over £50 remains a legally enforceable debt unless explicitly waived in writing by the Principal.
  • Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable. If a student is dismissed from the Academy for behavioral or safety breaches, or if a family unit's enrollment is dissolved due to parental misconduct, all rights to refunds for past, current, or upcoming services, fees, production costs, or media materials are entirely forfeited.

2. Code of Conduct, Safety, and Inclusivity

  • Our Core Ethos: Creationz Dance Academy prides itself on being a proudly inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly, and supportive community. We provide equal access and tailored support for diverse learning needs.
  • Boundaries of Inclusivity: It is a strict condition of enrollment that inclusivity coexists with clear behavioral boundaries. A student's diagnosis or personal circumstance never excuses conduct that compromises the safety, education, or well-being of the collective student body.
  • Zero-Tolerance Bullying Policy: We operate a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding peer-to-peer harassment, intimidation, and bullying. This absolute restriction extends to all forms of digital, text, online, or social media communication sent between peers outside of class hours. Immediate, permanent dismissal will be enforced for violations.
  • Classroom Behavior & Teacher Directions: Students must follow standard teacher directions and show respect to all instructional staff. Persistent classroom disruption or consistently talking over staff during lessons will result in disciplinary action.
  • Health & Safety Prohibitions: To ensure a safe physical environment during dance instruction, certain items are strictly prohibited. Chewing gum represents a severe choking hazard and is entirely banned. Persistent non-compliance following formal teacher correction (three or more times) will result in immediate termination of membership.

3. Venue Rules and Property Care

  • Respect for Premises: Students and accompanying guardians are contractually required to maintain excellent property care and respect for all owned, leased, or hired venues (including community halls, studios, theatres, and dressing room spaces).
  • Littering and Damages: Malicious destruction, property neglect, or leaving spaces heavily littered with rubbish shows a complete lack of respect for our venue partners and staff. Verified proof of such conduct will result in the immediate review and potential termination of enrollment.

4. Parent-Provider Relations and Zero Tolerance for Hostility

  • Professional Partnership: A foundational condition of ongoing enrollment is the absolute maintenance of a professional, respectful, and cooperative relationship between parents/guardians and Academy staff.
  • Hostile Communication: Creationz Dance Academy maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward verbal aggression, shouting, defamation, intimidation, or hostile communication directed at our principal, teachers, chaperones, or representatives, whether in person, over the phone, or via digital messages. Any such behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, resulting in the immediate and non-negotiable dissolution of the entire family unit's enrollment.

5. Constitutional Autonomy and Finality of Decisions

  • As an independent private operator, Creationz Dance Academy retains full autonomous discretion over its internal disciplinary procedures, student body composition, and premises access. Any unilateral termination issued under these provisions by the Principal is deemed final, legally binding, and entirely closed to further administrative appeal, debate, or civil dispute.
